The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs - one has a full sized bed and access to the lower back deck and the other has a single bed and a crib for infants/toddlers.
There are brand new decks off the front and back - the front deck is perfect for hanging out in the sun and bbqing while the back deck opens into our very private large back yard.

Our house is in Tahoe Donner, a private community which offers a wide range of amenities. You'll have our guest cards which will give you discounted access to great mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 large pools, tennis courts, bocce courts, a lake-side beach and marina, cross-country skiing, and downhill skiing. Our property is about 200 yards from the boundary of Tahoe National Forest, a few miles from Donner Lake, 1/2 hour drive from Northstar, and 45 minutes from Squaw.Recommendations
